Ho Haryadi – C.F.O., Project Manager, Case Manager

Mr. Haryadi was born in Indonesia, ethnic-Chinese minority, and began his medical degree at Airlangga University.  In 1972, he came to the United States to complete his training in Psychiatry at the University at Buffalo and practiced adult Psychiatry and Consultation Liaison Psychiatry, Chronic Pain Management and Geriatric Medicine for fifteen year. During this time, he also served as a Clinical Assistant Professor at UB.  In 2007, he connected with CSI and performed in many administrative rolls taking over as Chief Financial Officer. He has developed extensive automated databases to track performance metrics and regularly trains staff in data input and management. Other duties include project management in the execution of various grant programs and the design and instruction of various programs for clients such as “Project Managing Your Life ™.”  Mr. Haryadi also provides direct client services as an engaged life coach.
