The National Association of Counties (NACo) Annual Conference and Exposition is the largest meeting of county elected and appointed officials from across the country. Participants from counties of all sizes come together to shape NACo’s federal policy agenda, share proven practices, and strengthen knowledge networks to help improve residents’ lives and the efficiency of county government. Steering committee meetings will include a Justice and Public Safety Policy committee and a Community, Economic, and Workforce Development committee, and conference topics will cover a variety of contemporary issues, including sessions on behavioral health and substance addiction interventions in the justice system.
