The U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) is seeking applications for funding under the FY2018 Opioid Affected Youth Initiative. The initiative will fund sites to develop a data-driven, coordinated response to identify and address the challenges that result from opioid addiction that are impacting youth and community safety. Sites will work with OJJDP and a technical assistance provider to develop data collection tools that will inform strategies and programs to be implemented by the sites to address specific challenges resulting from the opioid epidemic.
