The U.S. Department of Justice’s Bureau of Justice Assistance is seeking applications for the Tribal Justice Coordinated Tribal Assistance (CTAS) Training and Technical Assistance Program. This program furthers the Department’s mission by assisting federally recognized Indian tribes in (1) improving tribal jurisdictions’ capacities to respond to violent crime; (2) planning and implementing comprehensive strategies to reduce and control crime associated with opioid, alcohol, and other drug addictions; and (3) developing, implementing, and enhancing American Indian and Alaska Native tribal justice systems.
The solicitation provides further details about the program. Applications are due by May 14.
