The 2018 National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) convention will provide an opportunity for participants to discuss mental health issues, advocacy, and research, in addition to a chance to network with industry professionals. Highlights of the conference include information on the latest research and tools related to mental health treatment, as well as symposiums on criminal justice; NAMI’s federal legislative agenda and the current status of policy issues; and the history and future of Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) training.
